Anycom wanted to be the first company in Europe to launch a bluetooth solar car kit – ahead of larger rivals such as LG. They selected France to be their first market but lacked any effective distribution channels – a race was on to get the product to market and establish the brand simultaneously.
Solution
- We rapidly created a pan European release strategy and made introductions in key countries to channel partners at wholesale and retail level.
- Managed an official launch at the prestigious Equip Auto show in Paris just weeks after the client agreed on the project.
- Initiated OEM negotiations with Renault, Mercedes, Peugeot and Volkswagon Secured rapid contract with the prestigious French based multi-national chain – Feu Vert.
